  Would give zero stars to these callous people if I could! They provided an awkward funeral service for my grandfather that friends and family members flew in for from across the country. We were expecting a burial same day but was told by relative who took care of services that it would be later in the week instead. A week later, I could not get a straight answer about the burial from that same relative so I called Johaema. She was out sick but had received my message requesting the cemetary where my grandfather was laid to rest. Johaema had her staff tell me 'they dont have to tell me anything' because I didnt pay for the services. That was the cruelest thing a business can say to a grieving grandson who just wanted to know where his papa was buried. I was in his obituary and spoke at his funeral but dont get to know where hes buried? Heartless bunch of people who will play gatekeeper to anyone that pays them. Use a business that knows the difference between privacy and decency!

  I felt so comfortable working with the staff at the Baird-Case Funeral Home. They were very pleasant and helpful in making decisions.

  Whatever time I called, I was always able to have my questions answered by the staff at the funeral home. That was a big plus for me in such a difficult time.

  Our funeral director from Baird-Case Funeral Home was patient and answered all of our questions, and we had many. She and her staff were highly responsive to our needs and honored every request.

  I really liked the website and memorial wall. Both were visually pleasing and gave me faith that the service would be as well. The personalized service didn't disappoint, and I can't say enough about the employees.
